  1. Hey Joe I have a question. I used to use swerve but wasn't a fan of the cooling effect it gives things so now I am an Allulose user which I know you have used before. Do you think that adding more Allulose to equal the sweetness of swerve would change the texture of the end product?

I've just started gradually going towards a keto diet and I've watched literally 100's of videos and most of it's informative but one thing I've noticed….everyone looks like they haven't slept in days! seriously is the dark circles and bags under the eyes a symptom of a keto diet? I'm concerned.
