Ingredients:
-Pork chops of any size
-Heavy Whipping Cream
-Chicken Broth
-Onions
-Garlic Clove
-Spinach
-Butter
-Cherry tomatoes
-Parmesan cheese
-Xanthan gum

Notes:
-Xanthan gum is to thicken the sauce–stir in gradually and thoroughly to avoid clumping.
-Net carbs depend on how many tomatoes, sauce, and onions that you consume.
-Use butter to sear the pork and sauté the onions and garlic.

  1. Made it and the dish is delicious!! Had most ingredients at home minus a few, so substituted the heavy cream with Greek plain yogurt and milk, chicken broth with beef broth, cherry tomatoes with chopped can tomatoes, also had to leave out the extra Dash Table Blend spice. Plus added some mushrooms to it. Everything else was done to the T. Maybe next time I’ll use all the right ingredients to get the true flavors of this recipe.
