We show you the dough recipe and a quick and simple sauce from scratch, as well as our preferred toppings.

Dough Ingredients (Makes 2 Pizzas):
1 Egg, whisked and gently warmed
2 Tbsp melted butter
20 g Oat Fiber –

32 g Almond Flour –
95 g Vital Wheat Gluten –
30 g Golden Flaxseed Meal –
15 g Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener –
3 g Salt
1/4 Tsp Xanthan Gum –
1/2 Cup Hot Water
1/2 Tbsp Dry Active Yeast –
1/2 Tsp Honey (to feed the yeast)

Sauce Ingredients (For 2 Pizzas):

4 Tbsp Organic Tomato Paste –
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Garlic Powder –
Onion Powder –
Oregano –
Basil –
Parsley –
Salt
Pepper

Suggested Toppings:

1 1/2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 Cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar
Pepperoni / Green Peppers / Onions / Black Olives

Approximately, the dough would have per slice, (assuming 8 slices per pizza): 5 grams fat, 3 net carbs, 10 grams protein. Final macros depends on your sauce / toppings combo of course. Enjoy!

  1. Tried two other pizza crusts, were OK not satisfied. Ran across your video, tried to find Anthony's products in store, no luck, ordered from Amazon. Made pizza next day, fantastic! Was looking for that crunch of regular pizza crust and this fits that taste. Put all the toppings on, mozzarella, parmesan, onions, green bell peppers, pepperoni, grass fed ground beef, I cooked & seasoned beef with a little onion/garlic powder, kosher salt/pepper to taste.. I am on Keto and this is just right! I cut dough in half & froze the other half. Now going to try the donuts. Can't wait!

  3. I loved this recipe. I usually look at most keto recipes with such skeptical eyes, mostly because you see too many people claim their recipe to be the closest they have had to the real thing. It's hard not to be critical when you're hopeful that you've finally found that recipe that works, just for it to be gross and/or bought expensive ingredients for it that you'll probably never use again. Thankfully this one was legit, and if the diet would have allowed it, I'd have eaten the whole pizza. Thank you for this recipe, it will definitely be added to my favorites 💕

  5. Excellent!!! I did check out the other video that you mentioned and I have to say yours are way better; your technique is just like a very experiment 👩‍🍳 👍 Just out of curiosity! I noticed that you used just half a cup of water? I wonder why? When the recipe has twice the ingredients 🤷‍♀️

  6. Made it and it was good. Wasn't dry or anything. My only problem was that I couldn't get the pizza to a large size…it was between small and medium. I kept pushing out (or however one calls it) from the edge but it started to form holes. The whole thing looked like a thin crust pizza rather than the beautiful crust on your pizzas. 🙁 Curious, what's the trick?

  7. Hi I am about to make this but I just realized that you forgot to say what size the egg is.

    You mentioned that you put the pizza in a rising temperature oven for about an hour. What temperature was the oven and does it stay on while you have the pizza in there?

    Last question. Did your pizza have that beautiful brown crust cuz of the pan or cuz you have a pizza setting on your oven? If it’s the pan, what pan do you use and where can I get it?
