  1. Looks fab! I have really missed Leche Quemada pecan candies from an old Mexican restaurant that is no longer there, in San Antonio.
I loved them, looked forward to the end of the meal. I will def be making these ASAP! I can already taste them 😉😋😋😋

  2. Looks like a great recipe!
Mayra- on your recipe at your blog, it shows 1/4 salt (I am guessing teaspoon?) It also doesn't mention when this is added. I know some should be sprinkled on top after putting them on the pan. Is this the salt you mentioned?

  3. What is the point of doing keto if you still crave all those unhealthy desserts and just try to create the keto versions of it. Or may be you are just trying to sell subscriptions. I mean how much can one talk about keto that has not been talked about. LOL!

  4. Growing up in Louisiana where pralines (prahleens not prayleenz!) were created first, we call them pah-cons not PeeCans. You call a can of peas Pea Cans. Just like people say New Orleenz instead of the correct way, N'Awlins!! Thanks for this recipe!! Looks awesome!! YUMM!!! 😋 😋 😋

  5. Tell those people that are constantly "correcting" that the people who grow pecans are mainly in the South. Southerners pronounce them P'Kahns. There are no edible Pee-cans, unless you're one of those urine drinking nuts. 🤪

As for the Pralines? I can't tell you how happy I am to see this recipe. I'm diabetic and just learning Keto. I thought Pralines were a thing of the past. I lived and worked in the South for many years. EVERYBODY'S wife, mother, sister, girlfriend… what have you… made Pralines. (P'kahn orchards everywhere)
