Keto Pasta Side Dish Recipe – KETO MACARONI SALAD

2 packages of Miracle Noodle Ziti (link to purchase below)
½ c mayonnaise
3 T sour cream
1 ½ T apple cider vinegar
1 T dijon mustard
½ t salt
Juice from ½ lemon
1 ½ t Lakanto monkfruit sweetener
1 c diced celery
¼ c diced red onion
¼ c diced green bell pepper
¼ c quartered grape tomatoes
1 T minced parsley

Prepare Miracle Noodle ziti according to the package directions. Let cool.
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, mustard, salt, monkfruit, and lemon juice. Set aside.
In a large bowl, add Miracle Noodle ziti, celery, red onion, bell pepper, tomatoes and parsley. Mix in the dressing. Stir to combine.
