This week we bring you another delicious Ketofied recipe; this dish was inspired by the classic latin dish Arroz Con Pollo which means Rice (Arroz) with Chicken (Pollo) but since rice isn’t keto friendly we modified the dish using riced cauliflower. We are calling our dish “Keto One Pot Spanish Chicken.” This is easy latin inspired recipe, it can be spicy or not, it’s your choice.

  6. I made this dish last night and I have to say WOW! My husband is not Keto but he remarked it was the best chicken dish I had ever made and I could make it again. Mine wasn't quite as spicy as yours but the flavor was over the top. I had 4 thighs, 4 legs and 1 breast so I had to cook them in 2 batches but it was worth the time. Thank you so much for keeping me cooking. I'm about 20 pounds from goal so with food like this I'll make it.

  9. I love this side of CJ! It's more natural. And Sarah, your laugh is adorable. When you have your conversations around the table, that's my favorite. You guys are so relaxed. You two bring me joy. I also have to tell you that CJ has the same nickname as my grandson, CJ (Christopher Jordan), who just passed away of pancreatic cancer at the age of 28 on February 3, last month. Hearing you call your hubby CJ makes my heart swell. What are his initials for? Keep doing your shows. I love watching them.

  15. Omg I’m late just saw this I laughed so hard at the slow motion running to eat 😂 that recipe is going to be so good can’t wait to make it. I’m really doing good on the keto lifestyle program and a lot of it I can truly say contributes to you guys. The education and the delicious foods I don’t feel deprived so I’m doing really well. I also use carb manager app. And I don’t mind measuring the amount of food I eat. Keep it up. I’ve told so many people to follow you because they too can benefit from healthy meals.👍🏽

    I also made the cucumber salad you made last week. Great flavor..very refreshing taste. Put it as a side dish with some chicken wings. My hubby loved it..thanks CJS keto Kitchen. Great recipes!!

  21. I'm gonna make this next month after I go grocery shopping….yummy.
    But no olives😝 or cilantro.

    I could see shredding the chicken and adding it back to the rice mixture. And then serving it up with keto homemade tortillas..

    CJ running into the kitchen all excited, I'm done🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
