This is a simple Keto Mulberry Jam that uses gelatin and chia seeds in place of pectin in Jams. This recipe can be modified to make any berry jams of your choice. You can even make a mixed berry jam. Yummy! sounds like good idea. I should give it a try myself.

This is a keto and healthy recipe. Try it out you will thank me every time you eat a keto toast, make a smoothie, or top your Greek yogurt. Remember portion control is the key. Happy Cooking!

  1. The trees grow wild in Rhode Island, with mulberry trees in my son’s yard and in my yard too. It is considered an invasive species, but if people only knew! The berries, and the leaves also, are edible. The tender leaves ( shoots) can be steamed and sprinkled with soy sauce.

  2. When I was a kid, we used to have a mulberry tree in our yard and I used to eat the mulberries all the time. I loved them so much! They are so hard to find here in the US unless you have your own tree. I wish I could make this jam using mulberries, but I think I'll have to use a different kind of berry. Thanks for the recipe! 💕

  3. Looks so yummy! We grow our own raspberries here in Alaska and make jam for all our family members, but I don’t eat it. This looks like just what I need to make some without sugar. It looks perfect! Thank you for sharing and doing a great job on your videos. They’re great 👍
