  1. i just tried this recipe it's so simple and yummy. and keeps well in the fridge. i added lemon rinds to the filling and for topping i piped some whipped cream and drizzled with keto salted caramel sauce for an additional 1g carb per serving. thanks for the recipe 😋😋

  2. I’ve made these twice so far. All I can say is THANK YOU!!!!! These turned out amazingly delicious each time. My husband loves them!!!! They make a perfect desert. Just one will satisfy my craving……. love these. Thanks for sharing ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

  3. I made these last night AND your full-sized cheesecake but used the cheesecake filling from the large one to fill the minis since it's so much filling to begin with. I added a rhine of a lemon and juice of 2 lemons to give it the cheesecake tartness and then I cooked a berry blend on the stove with a little but of powdered sweetener and swirled it in. Came out AMAZING! So excited to share with my family today

  4. If you dont want too much crust i would cut the 2/4 (almond flour) from the crust ingredients. and double the cheesecake batter. You can turn this into a fatbomb treat if you use ghee for the crust and make the crust thinner. Then add mct oil to the batter.
