I’ve got some tasty keto meal prepping for only $3.20 per meal that is low carb and huge on flavor. This low carb keto recipe is like a full meal stuffed inside a juicy bell pepper. If you are trying to meal prep on a budget, you gotta try this thrifty keto recipe for meal prep. I’ve got quit a few keto meal prepping on a budget recipes now, but this one is the easiest keto recipe I have made yet. Just stuff the peppers, and watch some shows while they bake away. The net carb count is about as low car as you can get, and you can easily pair it with a side salad for a complete meal. Less than 1 gram of fat

  2. I’ve been tossing up whether to give keto a shot for a long time. These recipe ideas are making the decisions so much easier haha. Thank you for your inspirational work.   3. This recipe is really good. Made today using only ground beef, no pork. Tastes great, pepper cooked to perfection. I poured the sauce on the bottom of the pan, along with all the fat, including most of what was trapped in the peppers into the food processor and let it go until an emulsified sauce happened. To make this even better, next time I'll add 1T of ground chia seeds to keep the meat more moist. This one is going into my family's food rotation.

I was looking in your cookbook that I purchased on Amazon the Bomb.com last year (which I love, love, love, ❀️❀️β™₯️β™₯️!!!!) and saw this recipe and since I had some beautiful bell peppers and the ingreds, I thought πŸ€”πŸ€”, I don’t have ground beef, but I do have pork, so my daughter and I put them together and voila!!, they were DELISSSSHHHH!! πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹.
