  2. Very tasty mashed. This method of folding in other veggies answers the texture problem when your eye sees mashed potatoes and your tongue says something is wrong here. I forgot the garlic and don't mind, was super tasty without. This mashed recipe is so easy and delicious I'll be making it a LOT. Thanks.
