LEARN HOW TO KETO MEAL PREP ALL YOUR DINNERS IN ONE DAY!

In this video, I share my solution to keto meal prep and getting low carb dinners on the table to my family without a lot of effort. I like to meal prep one day during the week and create enough keto dinners to last us the entire week. The key to making meal prep easy is to stick to 2 proteins and 2-3 vegetables to use in each of your keto recipes you plan to meal prep.

For this video, I used chicken thighs and chuck steak as my protein sources and cauliflower rice and spinach as my vegetables. Every keto recipe you see me make uses some combination of these meats and vegetables.

Most of these keto recipes are freezer friendly so you can freeze them to have later on in the week. That way you don’t have to worry about your food spoiling. Or you can make up a lot of it to have for a future keto dinner.

KETO CREAMED SPINACH RECIPE

4 tablespoons butter
½ cup diced onion
1 teaspoon dried sage
4 teaspoons garlic
Pinch nutmeg
1 teaspoon arrowroot powder
16 oz baby spinach
½ cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
½ cup parmesan cheese

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in onion garlic sage and cook until softened. Add nutmeg.
Sprinkle in arrowroot powder and stir until combined.
Slowly stir in heavy cream and chicken broth and simmer until mixture thickens.
Add in spinach and cook until wilted. Sprinkle in parmesan cheese.

When I saw the title, I was all prepared to post about your “secret add-in ingredient,” but he’s evidently a fan and recommended people check you out! In case you missed it… 💕

  2. Between you and Ken Berry this has actually saved my life. I did not start Keto until July 21st 2020. The reason I started keto was to stop the inflammation and joint pain I had. 2 years ago a doctor told me I was bone on bone and needed double knee replacement or a wheelchair. Since starting keto my knees mo longer hurt my hands can grip tools again. I did not do keto for weight loss I did it for pain relief. I have gone from 270 plus pounds to 228 pounds in 6 months. My 100 yard run is equivalent or better than alot of NFL players. I am 51 years old. Thank you for saving my life.
