Keto Filipino Lumpia
This is one of my kids favourite Filipino foods, so I thought I would try a keto version for the family using Cut da carb from @Cutdacarbflatbread
1.5 lb ground pork
1 tsp Real salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp minced garlic
1 small, finely diced onion
1 shredded carrot
Combine the mixture well and spoon a little mixture lengthwise on each wrap, then roll. Seal your ends with a little bit of water.
I fried mine in avocado oil, thoroughly cooking on both sides.
Rest on paper towels once finished, allow to cool a little before serving with your favourite dip.
The kids and Mike absolutely LOVED these! Ryder even asked for them the next day. We will definitely be doing them again!
