Keto Low Carb Low Calorie Pumpkin Spiced Latte Recipe:

1 cup milk substitute
2 tbsp heavy cream
1 tbsp pumpkin puree
1/4 tsp pumpkin spice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2-3 tbsp sweetener
1 cup ice
For my caffeine lovers: Add 1/4-1/2 cup cold brewed coffee OR 1 shot of espresso

OPTIONAL: Whipped Cream on top for more deliciousness!

Nutrition Facts – Calories: 128 Fat: 12g Net Carbs: 8g Protein: 1g, and high in Calcium!
