Someone mentioned to me that red velvet cake was their favorite dessert so I thought I should get on to making a keto version. Plus figuring out a red velvet cupcake would lead me to figuring out other kinds of cupcakes, which you kind of have to have in the repertoire if you have a keto bakery. This recipe technique turned out amazing and is super light, fluffy and moist and is great for all cupcake recipes.

  1. Hello another great video. I love that I learn so much from you. Plus your personality is so much fun. I'm a frosting girl myself. They use to ask me if I had any dessert with my frosting. Do you have air conditioning? Next year we are going East in the RV and your store is going to be an official stop. We will be making these cupcakes. Thanks for keeping our life sweet.

  2. Looks like a great recipe… I already divided quantities to make a batch of 6 cupcakes. I'm with you on the food dye aspect (I'm glad that you tested out the beetroot dye too). It seems that you haven't developed any morning sickness with your pregnancy. That must be a welcome relief, especially when you work with food all day! All the best to you and family❣❣❣ Love the insta photos of bakeshop.
