  1. When you take the lasagna out of the oven, leave it sit for about 15 minutes before cutting into it to serve up. That will allow it to set up, and it won't be nearly as soupy or sloppy. Otherwise, it looks good. Will have to investigate those noodles. I made a lasagna today, and used deli cut turkey breast for the noodle layers. My family didn't even notice, the carb count was minimal.
