Here’s what you’ll need to make these amazing low carb pancakes…

1/4 cup unsalted butter melted (NOT 1/2 as mentioned in video)
1/4 cup heavy cream sour cream works too
1 packet stevia
1/4 teaspoon salt or more to taste
3 eggs add another if batter is too thick
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup coconut flour about 25g
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
water optional

  1. I just made these lovely pancakes for myself and my neighbor who is being a keto partner for me. They are scrumptious! I am not a big fan of artificial sweetners in syrup so I put peanut butter on mine, but one packet of Stevia in the batter is just right and you don't get an after taste. Thank you so much for this!

  2. I tried this with 1whole egg and 2 egg white with honey since I had no stevia and it came out great ! Tasted like tres leche (: my mom liked it thank you. And I realize with my metal spatula it didn't come out great and at the last minute I used a silicone spatula and it flipped!

  3. The pancakes are lovely however . I made them for breakfast and I shall continue to make pancakes . I make just one at a time and store the covered mix in the fridge. I had been mostly having porridge. I shall make muesli with millet flakes too, I cant eat oats . Theres always a way round things . K
