What to use instead of swerve? I can't find it even thru Amazon…. can I use something that's not only available in the States?

Why do you use baking spray on parchment paper? Parchment paper is nonstick.

That's a lot of Erythritol which is in swerve as the sweetener.
Serving Size: 5g (1 teaspoon)
seems you used 25-28 teaspoons which would put each square around 15.5g of carbs.
That's bound to cause a blood sugar spike.

100 grams of almond flour have 600 kalories and its really expesive, cant say its good for diet or wallet
I'm new to this and I still don't understand the "net carb" measurement. What does 3 net carbs per piece mean? 3 what? Grams?
Or when you don't mention a specific amount like for example "This [food] has only 5 net carbs." Per what? Per 100 grams? Per ounce?

Or use a lemon juicer in which you put half a lemon in one end, close it up and press. Lemon juice and no pits.
