I just watched your video and believe it or not I made this same dish last weekend maybe the same Saturday I use ground beef cauliflower rice and the same seasoning without the pepper flakes. So good I was going to do it with coleslaw but didn’t have the slaw so this is how great minds think alike you guys enjoy and thanks for sharing.

Love it! I am going to cook this one this week, this changes from chicken based recipes. Instead of coconut aminos I have tamari sauce and I think that it can be also good. I have fresh ginger in the freeze cut into slices ready to use.

Thought I would pass a tip on to you like you do to us. Far as ginger roots going bad. You freeze it then when needed grate off what you need. A Cambodian friend gave me this hint and it is great.

I will try this recipe. I noted the amino acids, is very pricey on Amazon, like 20 a bottle. Guess I will try the soy sauce after all. I did not know that sesame seed oil came darker.

If I want to use a ribeye steak do I use 1 bound of it and cut it into strips before I cook it?
