This is one of my absolute favorite keto dessert recipes. This Keto Key Lime Pie recipe is super low in carbs (2 per slice) and tastes just like the real thing! Give it a try and you will fall in love.

► Ingredients:
1 envelope gelatin
1/2 cup Swerve Confectioners
1/4 tsp salt
4 egg yolks
1/2 cup key lime juice
1/4 cup water
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 1/4 cup almond flour
5 tbsp butter
1 tbsp Swerve Brown
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt

  1. Great recipe thanks! Only issue I had baking it was after the lime mixture started to boil, I took it off the stove and it had tiny egg chunks that never went away in during the chilling process… they were the size of a pin head or so… I wisked the entire time on the stove… made my texture of the pie not smooth. Any ideas what I did wrong? Great taste and amazing video!!
