  1. I just finished making this and it has turned out absolutely fantastic. I didn’t see the same level of separation between the masalas and the stock after pressure cooking and even after straining, so I decided to improvise. I removed the beef and cooked down the liquid into a masala paste. I stir fried the beef (with green AND red chilies…no spice wussiness here…also need to stay in Dipti’s good books) and then added the concentrated masala paste in the end. So not as dry as yours but close. Kinda lagaa-liptaa in my mom’s UP jargon. BTW Dipti’s eyerolls are in a league of their own. Your support cast usually steals the show dude. Thanks for sharing. Will make this again.
