Keto Ice Cream made in a mason jar in just minutes! Of course, this low carb chocolate keto ice cream recipe does take a few hours to freeze, but it’s totally worth the wait. As far as Im concerned this is the best no churn, no machine ice cream you’ll make for the keto diet!

KETO ICE CREAM MACROS (PER SCOOP) Recipe Makes 3 Scoops:

150 Calories
15g Fat
2g Carbs
1g Fiber
1 NET CARBS
1g Protein

2g Carbs – 1g Fiber = 1g NET CARBS

*NOTE: Do not count the “carbs” from the confectioners swerve towards net carbs….it has 0 calories and should be tracked as 0 carbs!

Ingredients:
1 Cup (235mL) Heavy Whipping Cream
1 1/2 Tbsps (7g) Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
2 Tbsps (24g) Confectioners Swerve
1 Tsp (3g) Vanilla Extract

PRO-TIP: Use Xylitol if freezing for more than 1 day. It will keep the keto ice cream creamier. The ice cream may need up to 30 minutes to defrost depending how frozen it is, so let it set at room temp until it softens up to your liking.

It’s BEST the day you make it.

  1. Hi Joe, I just made this Ice Cream. Can't wait to try it. I have a question. I live in Canada. I'm using Sealtest 35% whipping Cream by Agropur. (We don't have lot of options) 1 cup = 16 net carb. I can't seem to get the same net carbs like you. Even if I decide by 3 scoops. Am I missing something, or using the wrong cream. Any input, will greatly be appreciated. Love your recipes!

  2. I’m not sure how you came to 150 calories per scoop (450 total for the recipe). You said you used one cup of heavy whipping cream… I can’t find a single heavy whipping cream that isn’t 800 calories per cup. How did you come to your math?

Not trying to be disrespectful just want to make sure I’m not missing something and I don’t accidentally consume too many calories

  3. My diabetic boyfriend loved it thank you! It's very helpful that you put the macros so he could see it's only 2g of carbs. He always has to measure carbs for is insulin intake. Everyone needs to try this yummy keto ice cream receipe

  4. I'm confused about the nutrition stats. This says it makes 3 scoops and each scoop is 150 cals= 450 calories for the entire recipe. This can't be right. One cup of HWC is 800 calories + 1.5 T of cocoa powder is 15 cals= 815 calories for the entire recipe. The calorie count is almost double what is posed. Am I missing something?
