**NOTE – for egg free, brush these croissants with heavy cream rather than the egg wash! ** These are hands-down the BEST Keto Croissants you will ever make! They honestly taste just like the real thing. No exaggerating! These took me SO MUCH trial and error but I’m super proud of them! They are soft, fluffy, buttery and just a touch crispy on the outside. Seriously perfect. These make a perfect low carb breakfast or dessert! I love them served with sugar free strawberry jam and butter.

  1. Hi, these croissants look amazing, but the link to the recipe doesn't work.
    A question, due to wheat allergy I can't use vital gluten. Could you recommend a substitute for this recipe, would xathtan gum work or a mix of xanthan and psyllium husk?

  2. Sam Br. Please disregard malicious comments, they probably do not understand what it means to eat something like this on a low carb/keto diet. On a carb/craving day it tastes like a crisp/fresh/cold glass of water in the middle of the desert. Please keep up the great work and share any upgrades (if possible 🙂 for this and any other recipes you have.
