Hey, Sahil, tell me one thing. Is there any way one can prevent the guacamole from going brown after it's refrigerated for consumption the next day? Or do you recommend it being consumed the same day? I felt that it tasted fine the next day but just looked terribly ugly!

Needs a chili and garlic, yes. Also, mash up the avocado first before adding the other stuff. Black pepper too.
I'm pretty picky about my guac. I formulated my own recipe from trial + error & looking at other recipes. I prefer a smooth texture with no tomato or cilantro. I always use 4 avocados because that amount barely lasts a day around here! Lemon or lime juice, salt, garlic powder, a few drops of Tabasco, a shallot, & my secret ingredient is a smidge of Worcestershire sauce! Any left over is covered with a bit of the lime or lemon juice to keep it fresh in the fridge- then just stir it in before pigging out on it again later in the day. 🙂 Here in Texas there are SOOOO many opinions on what constitutes good guac. Folks get in arguments about it…………..I like mine simple! Yours is a nice one but I would def add some salt! Love ya Sahil!
