In this video, we’re going to share with you an amazing recipe for grilled cheese that’s completely keto-friendly. One of Karen’s favorite foods growing up was grilled cheese dipped into tomato soup. Of course, most bread recipes used to make grilled cheese aren’t keto-friendly. Thankfully, it’s simple and easy to make this delicious keto-friendly alternative.

We’ve tried many different keto-friendly bread recipes, and unfortunately, most aren’t very good. But, we finally found a winner. This bread recipe is keto-friendly and delicious. We also use organic cheese for this recipe, which we highly recommend. We are also pairing the grilled cheese with organic tomato soup.

  1. I have made this twice, both times with 1/2 teaspoon of salt. It is delicious, but the texture is too soft for me to really do a closed sandwich. I have had to make it open face style and eat it with a fork. Is there something I can do to make the texture sturdier?

  2. I like this recipe I put a blob onto my hot sandwich press and got a like thin crispy wafer then I tried to melt cheese onto the wafer but it didn't work cheese didn't melt and it might have burnt the wafer so i just put cheese onto it and it was great for me
