  1. 3/4 cup of almond flour
    2/3 of scoop of unflavored whey
    2 tbsp of sweetener (powdered)
    1 tsp of xanthan gum
    1/2 tsp of baking powder
    wisk to combine
    1/2 cup (or 100g) of water
    Flatten with spatula in bowl then cook and check in microwave up to three times for 1 minute each session.
    Heat until firm top and leave it sit for a while.
