  1. I love all green beans: snappy, squeaky, or soft, but ideally soft with just a hint of squeak. This recipe looks so awesome, I think this will be my new favorite way to have green beans! (Even at Thanksgiving…who needs green bean casserole any more…from now on it's Keto garlic parmesan green beans!)

  2. Hello, I have been doing keto for about a month and I have lost over 20 pounds. I am not going 100% by your diet since I have experiance with this diet. Your recipes are very good and I have been swapping some of my meals for them. I have been looking for your book. Where can I buy it?

  3. You are the queen of your own bean. Oh my God,
you stole that from Food Wishes. Chef John is
always saying stuff like that. I'm going to try this
with canned whole green beans. It will work as
long as I don't over cook it. I'm putting ginger,
    curry, and coriander in mine..

  4. Hi Sahil, I'm enjoying your channel and appreciate your no-fuss approach with less "jibber-jabber". Your recipes and instructional videos are excellent from a keto-culinary perspective and entertaining with your great sense of humour. Great job and Horns up!
