This keto Garlic Green Beans recipe may be my easiest recipe so far. Well, maybe not the easiest, but the one with the least number of ingredient. Although, since I have quite a few recipes already I could not be sure.

Anyway! So, this is something we ate at our favourite restaurant and it was the first time that my son liked anything that was only vegetables. Since, he mentioned, I had to try it. And since it was good, I had to share it with you guys. So, here it is. You will see how simple it is and almost fun to make.

These garlic green beans are such a great keto side dish. I sort of deep fried my French beans. And they turned out so delicious. They were actually sweet on the inside, which I was not expecting at all. The deep frying almost locked in its natural flavours of the French beans. In our regular Indian recipes, we add a lot of spices which sometimes masks the original taste of the vegetable. So, a preparation like this one gives relief to the palette . Kids especially prefer milder flavours and I am glad I found one vegetable recipe that will go down easy. In this keto green beans recipe, all you do is: fry the beans in a whole lot of oil, make some garlic flavoured oil, salt the green beans and then pour the garlic oil on top. This works well as a side to any meat or protein or even as a snack. It can work very well as a starter at a party. People will be grad to eat veggies for finger food, because they are so delicious.
