We just had this again for breakfast and it was the perfect Sunday meal. First click the link below for Dessi’s keto bread recipe, then you are good to go! Make sure to dry the sliced bread in a 250F oven for 15 minutes so it’s a bit dry and will soak up the custard. The sugar free blueberry sauce is so easy to make and so is my faux maple syrup. The french toast is soft, custardy, and perfect, you won’t even realize that it’s keto. Hope you guys give this keto breakfast recipe for french toast a try! 2. “Heavenly Father, I know that I have broken your laws and my sins have separated me from you. I am truly sorry, and now I want to turn away from my past sinful life toward you. Please forgive me, and help me avoid sinning again. I believe that your son, Jesus Christ died for my sins, was resurrected from the dead, is alive, and hears my prayer. I invite Jesus to become the Lord of my life, to rule and reign in my heart from this day forward. Please send your Holy Spirit to help me obey You, and to do Your will for the rest of my life. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen

  3. The Gospel of salvation of our souls: 💜💕💜💖💞💜💕For what I received I passed on to you as of [first importance]: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures,  that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures, and that he appeared to Peter, and then to the Twelve.  After that, he appeared to more than five hundred of the brothers and sisters at the same time,

  4. I'm seriously confused by all the people who talk bad about GMOs when the science isn't behind what they believe. Yea monsantos as a company is shady af. But again and again and again the science behind saying GMO foods are harmful or contain less nutrients is tissue paper thin at the very best.

  5. In the origine, it is just saving left over bread with one egg+milk. Then adding sugar or jam. Le pain perdu. Brightens dark afternoons or/and poor people dinners with very low budget, and peasants in the old days. So easy. Egg, milk, bread or brioche. Kids love it.

  6. If a person is strict ketogenic this recipe would be a treat every once in a while but you shouldn’t eat it every Sunday especially if your trying to loose weight. It’s still got sugar and a little carbs in it. Blueberries may be lower on the glycemic index but still you should be careful (if doing strict keto) to not consume a lot of fruit. They may be a healthier fruit but they still have sugar in them.

  7. Hello Bobby! I love your recipes and this one looks amazing. I have a request from you…this dish needs a cup of coffee! Could you recommend (or do a video) on keto coffee using MCT oil powder? I'm so disappointed that I bought one that has "soluble CORN fiber" (yuk) and "sunflower lecithin" and "silicon dioxide" (also yuk). Thanks, Bobby!
