Why almond flour? Videos showing keta recipes almost always use almond flour instead of coconut flour. Why? Coconut flour is much cheaper.

Yum! I can see so many possibilities. Adding herbs, even crumbled cheese and crushed garlic like the ones sold on food trucks, or even a luscious dip. Thank you. I get so tired of pork rinds as my crunch element.
