  1. I just bought your book! I also just started to watch your series obviously this is my second episode. I have followed you on and off for many years now but not religiously. Although all my keto channels I watch they always mention your channel and or recipes. I believe it was keto Jenny I think that is her name on Youtube. The red head photographer from Florida. Now I have done keto many times lost 80 from 250 to 170. Fell off for a while and gained some back. I am starting your book today I am only page three cause I am watching your recipes. I am also doing the 20 hrs. fasting and the OMAD (one meal a day) down 18 lbs again. The problem I have its I sometimes get sick of meat so I take three bites and full. Plus I love the recipes but am only eating one meal a day by choice. I do about 19 or 20 carbs a day. I think your recipes are wonderful looking and I can't wait to try some of them and get out of this rut of same meal a day. I do love my salads at night though I still love my veggies and that is where most my carbs a day come from. Which brings me to my question Can you use Almond butter for that dressing you made in Episode 01 video where you made the salad for dinner with the chicken thighs? Will it kill the flavor? I usually use almond butter occasionally as a snack the single serve cause I heard peanut butter is higher carb. Also you are the first recipe I made years ago when I was super new at keto or LCHF diet I think it was the cabbage rolls with the peanut sauce it was my very first keto meal and I still remember it to. No matter how long you do keto it never hurts to learn something new. Like me I thought that all those tomatos like in Ep. 1 with the guac and the salad were to carby and a purple onion too with a whole avacado. You taught me something new in 20 minutes thanks for everything and after these keto for beginners vid's I am going to read your book thanks. God bless all and good luck!
