  1. Thank you so much!!! I have went from 165 lbs to 153 in about 2 weeks.I'm doing intermittent fasting with low-carb.I'm hoping I can just keep up this lifestyle up. Everybody in my family are big carb people.I dropped soda's .I had found out that I was a diabetic about a year ago and tried to do what the doctors and nutrition told me to do eat 6 meals a day with 120 carbs in my diet all that did was gain and make my health worse.

  2. I’m thinking 🤔 maybe using crunchy peanut butter would add a nice texture to the PB one and maybe melting a bit of chocolate with some coconut oil in the microwave and topping that one off for a ‘Reece’s’ take. I’m definitely gonna try these (so easy) and experiment a little.
