I had some fat head though in the freezer and try to make six bagels out of it let me just say that was an epic fail so I remade the dog this morning and I have six gorgeous bagels thank you thank you thank you I made this recipe right along with you.   2. Can't wait to try these. I got a bagel pan. This recipe looks like maybe you could have gotten 12 out of it using that donut pan. I also wonder if adding some xanthum gum to them that maybe that would make them alittle chewier. Or maybe some whey powder. Oh and just an FYI, your printable recipe does not have the 2 eggs in the ingredient list. You may want to change that. I am going to go get started. I am also going to use my Kitchenade to mix the dough with my dough hook.

  3. Sarah, I just made these! So easy and the smell was amazing while they were baking! My weakness has always been breads so this is an answer to making keto easier! Untoasted it tastes like keto bread but toast it and put a dab of cream cheese…yuuummm!!! Thank you SO much!

  4. I love Fathead dough. I made cheese calzone and pizza with it, was so good not as crunchy is New York style dough but when you can have pizza this is a close second. I'm going to have to get me some of that 21 seasoning mix you spoke of but I don't have a Trader Joe's so Amazon it is.
    If you moisten your fingers with water the dough won't stick as much. Not oil that didn't work , water worked

    I have found that Fathead dough tends to be more chewy and soft
