I was so addicted to donuts, I would have them for breakfast before work every morning. Then I went to a doctor for my autoimmune condition and he told me to stay away from sugar. I started researching more and it is the cause of a lot of inflammation in the body. Discovered this recipe and made it! I used country crock for my butter and a different brand of almond flour. My donuts came out a bit eggy and greasy, but they were soooo good! Way better than carb loaded versions. I modified mine to use 1 less egg and 2 tb of butter, plus 1/4 c of gluten free flour, they came out a lot more cakey! Thank you for this recipe 😋
