Here’s a whole week of keto and low carb friendly meal options. These easy keto recipes inspire me to get in the kitchen and prep my weekly meals for weight loss. I hope this Keto Dinner Ideas video gives you some dinner inspiration and helps those of you who follow a keto diet and live a keto lifestyle. These low carb recipes are perfect for doing your weekly keto meal prep and batch cooking.

First up, I made a Keto Crab Florentine Bake. This turned out fabulously, especially with the extra mozzarella added on top! Next up, we tried I Breathe, I’m Hungry’s Mexican Chori Pollo and it was excellent. It stored and reheated well and was the perfect keto lunch, all week long. Next, I made Keto Sloppy Joes served on Carolyn Ketchum’s Soul Bread Rolls. These are so versatile and delicious and can even be made ahead of time and frozen. Lastly, we threw together some Easy Keto Korean Ground Beef Bowls with a side of freshly sliced cucumber and some chopped green onions. These were so refreshing and were perfect for a super quick, yet fancy looking, weeknight keto supper.

  1. Loving your channel. I was getting tired of keto because I was running out of meal ideas, but I can't stop because I've recently been diagnosed as prediabetic and told to eat low carb. Thank you so much. I would love to see a playlist of videos devoted to holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, 4th) meals.

  2. They all look super delicious! I'm low-carb (quite liberal as well) and eat a lot of veg. Although I am now cooking with less onion than I used to, there's no way I would cut it out completely. I agree with you that the amount of flavor and nutritional benefits are definitely worth the small amount of carbs.

  3. I always enjoy your meal prep videos, everything looks delicious. I've not been a Keto bread fan but that looks interesting. I scratch my head at those that find things to complain about, because if someone has had success, the results should end any controversy! Thanks for inspiring others.

  4. Awesome job as always, every thing looks super delicious…. The reason that I love your channel and you is, because you always have different recipes and yummy yummy stuff. Absolutely, onion and garlic are very important in our diet because of the non inflammatory affects. Keto is all about healthy food and non inflammatory food. Nothing is wrong by eating few more healthy carbs by adding a deliciously onion to our food. You rocked it girl. 🧡💛💚💙💜❤
