    Skip breakfast eat everything in a 6-8 hr window and fast the remaining hrs have lunch dinner and do intermittent fasting
    If you follow the above you will definitely lose weight but you’ll lose some muscles too…double your protein intake i understand protein comes with fats most of the time…but double protein weight in pounds = Protein in gms body needs..
