  1. actually it’s true , i haven’t tried the recipes here but i framed my own recipes , i don’t know whether people would believe it but i lost about 5 kegs in 7 days, but i was too strict on carb intakes i kept it below 20 grams each day with some heavy exercise and walking , i don’t know whether everyone can follow it because it will be so hard to be persistent on the diet and i am student so i can take rest whenever i want , it’s not easy for all people who work and do stuff all day , good luck guys
