  1. I like your Global knife!! I don't do Keto per se but I like recipes that sound yummy and healthy!! Thanks for doing the work to review the cookbook for us! I have almond flour on hand but hesitant to buy coconut flour too and have too many things in my small NYC kitchen. Do you think it is a necessity in a baker's pantry?

  2. Love your honest reviews from the meatloaf to the brownies and also the prep time I agree I try to include prep time in my recipes also but I do love your honest opinion of too much peppers in the meatloaf and the brownies being dry I am not on a keto diet
    I just believe in eating healthy whole foods and exercising youโ€™re amazing
