Ingredients:
3/4 cup ground golden flaxseed
1/2 Tbs Everything but the Bagel Seasoning
1/4 tsp salt
2 Tbs roasted and salted sunflower seed kernels
granulated sugar substitute = 1 Tbs sugar
1/4 cup hot water

Whole recipe:

  1. Dear Papa G: Your recipes are about the Best in uTube. However, I can’t use them because there is no link to the recipes that I can click on and copy/paste to print out.
    Could you Please do this similar to most other uTubers? What a help it would be – and a person could actually make use of your recipes.
