  1. I got this mixed up today – used my food processor because it does a great job with “crumble” recipes where you need to mix butter/lard into dry ingredients. I went to purchase lard or Crisco and didn’t realize I picked up butter flavored Crisco sticks. I wonder if it will make a difference. The mixture is now in a jar in my refrigerator, just waiting for me to figure out what to make first. 😃 thanks for the recipe!

  2. Hi Victoria, if I don't use vegetable shortening (Crisco)….do you think an alternative could be grated frozen butter in the blender with it and then keep the biscuit flour blend in the fridge or freezer up to a month? Or to leave the lard out yet when I make a biscuit keto recipe…just add the alternative lard then? Any thought?

  3. Hi Victoria! I’m a new subscriber! I think you are going to change my life with all of these great recipes! Thank you! Just wondering about the powdered buttermilk under your Amazon links. I noticed it has 13 carbs/12 sugars for 4 tbsp. I see other brands on Amazon with 0 or 3 carbs. Do you recommend this particular brand for this recipe or do you think another brand with no sugar listed would work as well?

  4. Had to report that I used the keto copy cat bisquick to make me an Impossibly easy sausage breakfast bake! I got on the Betty Crocker website and looked up impossibly easy pie recipes. Just left out hash browns…(maybe I’ll grate some turnips next time)…. Turned out great! Very easy and quick! I’m so thrilled with your flour mixtures and “bisquick” recipe! In the last week I’ve had pumpkin pie, biscuits and impossibly easy breakfast bake! Thank you Victoria❤️

  5. A funny thing happened on the way to making your bread flour, I made a double batch and….I accidently put in baking soda instead of baking powder,,, I DID NOT throw it away, but tomorrow I will try the bread recipe I will follow the directions and will use the yeast we shall see if this boo boo is a disaster!!! YIKES

  6. I am so glad that YouTube pushed your videos my way, and then it also sent me Charlotte’s videos. Your videos are so perfect and even proper (except for the pies burning!), and hers are so funny and human and show that anyone can actually do this! You make a great accidental team

  7. Do you think it's possible to make a keto poolish? I know you use a little bit of sugar to feed the yeast in your bread… I am not a baker or even a good cook, but I'm curious if it would be possible get that extra pre-fermented yeastiness into bread using a poolish.

Sorry, I know this is unrelated to the video. I just had the question on my mind.
