A Keto Coleslaw & Dressing Recipe that is totally low carb and sugar free, but tastes like the “normal” stuff. The best part is this coleslaw is so easy to make too. It takes just about 10 minutes, and every serving has LESS THAN 1 NET CARB. Plus, this recipe has just the most amazing keto coleslaw dressing – it’s so creamy, so tangy, and so perfectly sweetened…and that’s without using any sugar!

  1. Just loving the recipes that you have to offer, it has made my keto journey extremely simpler though obviously not easier, the question I have about this recipe is that I've always been told that carrots are not keto friendly and that you should avoid them at all costs but you used carrots in this recipe, please help me out somebody. Also suggestion, if you could do keto recipes that you can make in the crock pot I would be most happy or keto recipes that require three ingredients or less, that would be challenging indeed. Also an idea maybe have a video about individual base ingredients that are keto friendly so that I can create my own recipes based on the ingredients.

  2. I made coleslaw for dinner! I love coleslaw, mine is identical except I didn’t use celery salt. Great tip! And since we are into fall now cabbage is cheap and goes a long way. I usually chop with a knife but used my food processor today, wow that was quick and easy! Super nutritious too.

  3. Hey Joe, been watching your videos for awhile now, and I guess I've always been wondering: why did you choose to go keto/is it sustainable for a long-term lifestyle? I've always thought that keto sounds great for weight loss, but not super sustainable long-term.

  4. I love coleslaw – just had some last night. The added carrot and broccoli slaw is visually appealing thanks for the idea. I make my dressing with half mayo and half sour cream, add 1 tsp or so of lemon juice and one or two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.. Then sweeten it up a little.

  5. This is great. Sheltered in Place in Washington with some broccoli 🥦 I could shred myself and 2 heads of cabbage 🥬 I will probably eliminate the carrot because of my carb limitations with my pancreatic disease, but you continue to give me so many great options for my severe diet. THANK YOU DUFF 😊
