This Keto Coffee panna cotta is my current favorite dessert to make, as well as eat. The regular panna cotta and the keto versions are made very often at my place. The kids love it too. It has only 3 main ingredients and anybody who can boil milk can make this, literally! There are a few reasons why I like the coffee panna cotta in particular. The coffee flavor just like the chocolate and the cocoa flavor, masks the unpleasant after taste of sweeteners. It almost tastes like you have added sugar to it. Well at least to me, since I have been using sugar free sweeteners in my life forever. I know there will be a few coinsures who will disagree with me. But I will go ahead and give my Keto panna cotta recipe a humble 5 star.

Ingredients:
1 ½ tsp Gelatine
2 Cups Heavy Cream
3 Tbsp Truvia (ketogenic)
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
Sprinkle of Coffee

    I wanted to ask, will Sugarfree tablets work instead of Erythritol and Stevia Drops? And if yes, how many should I be using?
