  1. I’m sold! I had to make this in a microwave container we are truck drivers and it isn’t worth pulling out the instant pot for a bowl of something and it was still amazing. I added some coconut, sugar free French vanilla syrup, and some zero carb whey protein isolate. I would have loved to added some cinnamon and will next time. I also had to use heavy cream instead of coconut cream bc it’s all I had…it was super easy and scrumptious. I’m thinking of making up little “instant noatmeal” baggies of the dry ingredients to simplify the process even more.
