1/4 cup Coconut Milk
1/2 cup melted butter/Coconut Oil
1 tsp Apple cider Vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
Dry:
1/2 cup sifted coconut flour
1 tsp baking powder
Bake at 180’c – 30 mins

  1. I used to make this Keto bread with exactly very same ingredients (and quantities) but with also 1/3 flaxseed/linseed flour in addition to the other ingredients in this recipe. So, when I stumbled upon this recipe, I decided to give it a try, since I was saving on the linseed flour. Big mistake. When I cut the bread into tranches, I couldn't spread anything on them, the bread was disintegrating every time I tried to spread anything. Back to my coconut bread recipe from this Leelalicious channel
