  1. Hey folks, you can get the written recipe at this link
However some folks seemed to have issues with the 50grams of coconut flour and it made their batter very thick. So please start with 25grams and add if you feel it needs to be thicker. Add like 10 grams at a time. I think this happened because of difference in brands of coconut flour. I will have to try the recipe again and double check the measurements but I'm sure it was 50grams of coconut flour.

If you made it please share your experience.

  2. Melt butter abd cream cheese, 50grams each, beat add some heavy cream, then 3 eggs and beat till smooth. Add coconut flour, mix then add sweetener of choice, cinnamon, a teaspoon of baking powder and pinch of salt. Now that the batter is ready, make the pancakes 歹歹弘

  3. I just finished the most delicious keto pancake ever, and I am so happy and satisfied! Thank you so much for sharing this amazing recipe with us! I love it and I am definitely gonna try it again. I didnt have maple syrup so I had to make my own ( sweetner + Xanthan gum + hot water and gave it a good shake) and it turned out to be really good. Before I started keto I was afraid that I would never taste something delicious, but your channel and many others have saved my life. Thank you again!
