  1. Hello I'm just watching This video may be quite late but I wanted to tell you that the bread is excellent I made it half sweet and half salty and in the look sweet grated coconut milk I loved it
I am allergic to gluten and I love this Thank you if you have a channel on Instagram please pass it to me to send you a photo of how the bread turned out Thank you are very well

  2. I love making bread with spelt flower, so getting down on carbs this seemed like ok, love coconut and eggs.
Used coconut oil instead of butter.
first mistake was to mix it with eggs straight from the fridge, leaving crusts of coconut grease, haha… So I had to melt it slowly in the bowl by warming it with hot water.

Then, all seemed fine, the bread rose to unexpected heights…I was extremely surprised. Then second mistake I made was to take it out if its form straight from the oven, and put it back in the oven to get this crispy crust…then my bread collapsed like a very tired sad looking peace of hopelesness..:(

Not sure how it tastes, i am fasting…waiting for it to cool down.
other than that i think it is promising. Love the vid and I enrolled.

  3. I made this recipe now, it doesn't taste eggy but the consistency was more like cake than bread I didn't have xanthan gum so I guess that's why it turned out cakey, only the crust looks like bread. This bread is too flat I thought it would be much more bigger the slices are very small they are about 3 inches / 8cm. I expected more bigger slices so maybe I try another recipe. I ate half of the bread to get full I will try more of your recipes 👍🏻

  4. I just tried doing it now. I was hoping that it does not crumble, like what I’ve read in some comments. I didnt have xanthan gum so I used chia seed powder with the same measurement. It was perfect! Though my son requests to add a little sugar.. 🙂 But for me , it was ok.. Thank you for this recipe. I am on my 4th day of Keto Diet 🙂

  5. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I've been trying different recipes for a year now, and this is the best one so far 😀 I used 1/4 cup of Olive oil, instead of 1/2 of butter, and it was perfect!!!!!! But it didn't serve 16 as the recipe says, I only manage to get 4 pieces of bread (max 8 really really tinny slides)
