  1. I tried this. I usually substitute melted butter for coconut oil in recipes but this time I decided to use coconut oil. I didn't like it. I grew used to the butter taste in keto breads when I make them. I hope the melted butter will work instead of coconut oil in this recipe. Thank you for the recipe.

  2. We made this bread. The texture was not good. The first slice we tried with butter while it was still warm. Not good. We then tried two more slices with butter then we sprinkled Monk fruit and Cinnamon on it. Tasted much better, but the texture not very good. Reminded be of the texture of the almond flour muffins we made a while back.
