To all of you who enjoy pastries as much as I do, here is a great recipe of churro cheesecake 😋🤤 🤤 the taste is very authentic of churros filled with a creamy cheesy filling! for the filling:
8oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
3/4 cup granulated sugar substitute
1 tbsp vanilla
Ingredients for the dough:
1 cup shredded motzarella cheese
4oz cream cheese
1 egg 1 3/4 cup almond flour
1/3 cup powdered sugar substitute
1/4 cup coconut flour
2 tsp baking powder
Macros: (the totals are all over the cheesecake churro, you divide them by the slices that come out)

  2. Looks so good. We just made your tortillas tonight. By far my favorite!! Adding spices really put it over the top, and omg, I actually had a hard time finishing my second taco, which was 6". I fast till dinner and eat all my carbs then. I was busy all day, we didn't eat til 10:30 tonight, so you can imagine how hungry we were. I am so full. Those held up to a lot of ingredients. Our tacos were stuffed and never fell apart. 5 Stars Nancy!! Subscribed.

    Is the sugar substitute absolutely necessary for texture or is it just a flavor thing?

    I don't like any of the substitute sugars out there and I've gotten used to just going without it.
    Let me know if your recipe is still possible without substitute sugar.

  5. Mucho trabajo en dos idiomas hay gente que se dedica a poner subtítulos:) Nancy sabes de la harina lupin flour 1 net carb per 1/4 cup esta buena para tortillas chips te la recomiendo sabe más a maíz y te da la textura crocante you have to try it .
