  1. Made these tonight. The frosting is really good but we prefer the sunflower butter recipe (Keto Mug Cake | NO Almond Flour Or Coconut Flour Needed) over yogurt. It's so much easier to make single servings too. Will be coming back for the frosting recipe though.

  2. I have made several of your dessert recipes, and while they have tasted wonderful, I find I do not tolerate either the erythritol or the monkfruit sweeteners very well. This looks amazing, but I'll have to use coconut or maple sugar.
