I love Thai food and this Keto chicken rice actually resembled the real deal ‘Khao Man Gai’ which is what it’s called. I hope you will give this a go and let me know what you think.

  1. I like that you watch Food Wishes and Mark Wiens- I happily and vicariously indulge in them😅😅😅 I guess I live to eat as well! Thank you for these fantastic Keto meals from meals made all around the world. Your renditions are magnificent😋🤤🤤🤤👌🏾♥️

  2. I LOVE Thai food. Unfortunately, I love all the noodle dishes. But, there was a place that I used to get the “Yum seafood salad” and it was insanely good. It had squid and prawns in it, and was lettuce, red onion, cucumber, tomato and had a spicy citrusy dressing. It was amazing!

  3. There's a peanut chicken dish I get at an Asian buffet (Chinese food, some Japanese, and a Mongolian BBQ) and I want to recreate it.  It's like a breaded chicken thigh with a sweet peanut butter sauce.  I know it's loaded with carbs and sugar, but I'd love to have a keto version!!  The peanut butter sauce is pretty sweet – not completely savory.

  4. I am sorry.. but you are not the "biggest spice wuss" on the planet.. That would be me. Of the people in my family, I am the only one who cannot tolerate hot peppers. I've tried, to no avail. When i make this i will probably include only one or half of one of those peppers you used. Otherwise, it sounds awesome.
