  1. Hello HK! Not the keto police, but I do have a question for you.

Short background: I've been using my mom's chicken curry recipe on keto and I never even thought about the carbs until… well, let's just say "it was real tasty and I was eating a lot of it" and then I started feeling different. Well… she just told me that her recipe came from you! She just modified it a bit to serve more people. So, here I am checking out your insight.

My question: How do you arrive at 9g of carbs from 100g of onions? I've been using a bag of 4 x med-large onions (the bag weighs 900g raw) for each batch of curry (w/added chicken weighing approx. 1200g). I know the onion is mostly water, but I'm just curious how I you'd estimate my carb content.

    Thanks!
